The second season of the animated series Inuyasha started on 22nd January 2003. In the first episode, Inuyasha and his friend help Miroku and his possessed foster father when Miroku seeks his help after being hurt in a fight with a mantis demon. Naraku blackmails Sango with the life of a fellow demon slayer Kohaku and asks him to give him the Tetsusaiga sword. Sango steals Inuyasha’s sword to save Kohaku but soon the entire group arrives at Naraku’s place to fight him. Inuyasha who is in search of some medicinal herbs comes to the herb garden of half demon Jinenji who is tormented by the locals. Kikyo suddenly disappears when Inuyasha and the group find several demons fighting till death.

They soon learn that Naraku is in search of a demon that he can add to himself. Inuyasha and his gang are trapped in a mist where they have nightmares which are created by Kikyo who is under Naraku’s spell. A master sword maker forges a new sword for Sesshomaru which has magical healing effect. Inuyasha and Sesshomaru fight for Tetsusaiga and while Sesshomaru is recovering from his wounds, Rin brings him food. Soon, Sesshomaru gets to return Rin’s favor when her village is attacked by wolf demons. When Inuyasha and his gang arrive at the village seeking the jewel shard, they are surrounded by the wolves and Koga. Koga kidnaps Kagome and Shippo while Inuyasha and others have to fight another enemy before they can rescue her.[Read More....]
